geez. I go missing for 2 days and eve implodes! 
The Mittani made a mistake and he appologised for it.
No need to crusify him to the stake.
I dont particularly like the guy nor his policies but he has recognized the error in his ways.
Time to let it go. Spread the love, but kill the goons!

The Mittani, CEO of goonswarm and notorious ahole did a presentation, he did so in that quality. That would depend, did they do it in front of thousand of people, hundreds who were present and then thousand more in front of a live tv feed at an official CCP Event. Did it then get the attention of numerous gaming internet sites (hopefully it goes no further) ? Also didn't HB get banned for saying that a CCP Dev should die in a fire didn't he?

Here is a few good set of question for CCP...........
Will i get banned for saying someone should kill them selves, just like the MIttani said, will i get banned?
What if i am a CSM, will i still get banned or can i abuse the rules cos i have a star in my jumpwings as a CSM?
Or are we allowed to scorn people now by saying so and so should kill themselves without the risk of been banned?
This is getting interesting  |

well if he resign then he can probably run for CSM again next year but if he gets kicked out, then its very likelly he will be excluded from CSM forever. There is a wizdom in jumping out of a sinking ship earlier..... |

Frankly leaving CSM he would undermine the trust of thousand of people voting for him. Get him apologize to The Wis - in such a way so Wis would actually post on forums and says all is forgiven. But do not let him leave CSM.
While i do not condone many of his policies i am perfectly fine with him as chairman.
Most of the people yelling "Resign!" say it not because they think this would somehow make situation resolve itself. They yell it because it fits their own needs. They care about "The Wis" as much as general public does if not less. Because for them "The Wis" is not a person its a tool to get Mittani off the CSM.
i bet a few billions of isk could sway The Wis to put up a generous communique 
It would be even more funny if there is a counter offer from another party for not so generous communique
Maybe its time for all those anti mittani alliances to start opening up their wallet to The Wis |
